CMMB Role: Intern for the Partnerships team

Why CMMB: Having worked extensively with nonprofits in the Philippines, Rensi wanted to maximize her time in the US to learn best practices from nonprofits like CMMB. Throughout her career in the development sector, she’s enjoyed working in settings where she can integrate her faith and profession. As a Catholic, mission-driven nonprofit, CMMB became a natural decision for her. CMMB’s mission to address the pressing health concerns of women and children experiencing poverty moved her to action. From her time in the field, she’s experienced how women and children are often rendered invisible or diminished by weak healthcare structures and wanted to do her part in helping them attain the lives they deserve.
