Lucian is currently pursuing his masters degree in public administration at Columbia University, after he finished his bachelor degree in Singapore. Lucian volunteered at CMMB’s Bishop Joseph M. Sullivan Hospital in Côtes-de-Fer, Haiti, as a public health specialist, and worked hard to expand the capacity of our pharmaceutical services there using his experience in needs assessment and project design.

Lucian is a patient and passionate young man. During his time in Haiti he learned a lot about different ways to build public health capacity in low resource areas. He also played an active role working to promote the use of health technologies in Haiti.
