Imagine taking your sick child to the doctor and hearing that the medicine she needs to survive is not available.
For many women and children living in extreme poverty, this experience is all too common. Sisters Cecilia and Mathilde have dedicated their lives to serve the poor and sick in Cité Soleil, the largest slum in Haiti. The Sisters see hundreds of patients every day, many of whom need medicines to survive. They rely on medical donations from CMMB to save lives. Products like antibiotics, analgesics, hypertension medications, and basic medical supplies are always in high demand. We do our best to respond to their needs, but sometimes it's just not enough.
