Mr. Steve Sichak was confirmed as CMMB Board of Directors Board Chair in December 2021.

Stephen Sichak is a former public company executive officer with a demonstrable track record in delivering value-added results in the areas of Operations, Marketing, IT, and Integrated Supply Chain. His expertise is in improving financial performance by developing results-driven strategies and monitoring systems. His experience includes leadership of a global business with more than US$1 billion in annual revenues; overseeing global procurement, manufacturing and supply chain organizations with more than 31,000 people; and directing the information technology and business process at a Fortune 250 company.

Since forming Sichak Advisory Partners, Mr. Sichak has advised investors on a range of projects including the development of strategies to improve operating performance, guiding an ERP implementation, evaluating potential acquisitions including completing diligence and developing operating strategies, and the development of functional strategies. He has also provided strategic direction on optimizing performance and Enterprise Portfolio Management strategies.

Mr. Sichak has a Master of Management (MBA) from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and an MS and BS in Chemistry from DePaul University, Chicago.

Mr. Sichak joined the CMMB Board of Directors in 2019 and serves on the Governance & Nominations, and Program Committees.
