Jerome (Jerry) Judd is the Senior Vice President, Treasury for Bon Secours Mercy Health, one the nation’s largest health care systems with over $10 billion in net operating revenue and 50 hospitals in seven states and Ireland. Mr. Judd’s primary responsibilities include overall management of investment, debt and cash management programs.  Mr. Judd oversees the investment programs with approximately 10.0 billion of assets under management, including operating, foundation, insurance and pension funds, and external debt of $4.5 billion. Prior to the formation of Bon Secours Mercy Health on September 1, 2018, Mr. Judd was the SVP & Treasurer for Mercy Health. Before joining Mercy Health in 2003, Mr. Judd was the Vice President, Treasury Services for Catholic Health Initiatives, Denver, Colorado and Sisters of Charity Health Care Systems, Cincinnati, Ohio.  Mr. Judd started his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co.

Mr. Judd received his B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and M.B.A. from Xavier University. He was selected as one of Modern Healthcare’s “Up & Comers” in 1997. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Judd serves on the Board of LifeCenter Organ Donor Network and the Investment Committees of SCL Health and The Franciscan Friars, Province of St. John the Baptist.

He joined the CMMB Board of Directors in 2020 and serves on the Finance Committee.
