Katherine (Katie) Meyers is Managing Director and Co-Head of the Not-For-Profit Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Jefferies, a leading global investment bank recognized for its client-focused approach and deep sector expertise. With over 20 years of experience, Katie provides holistic advisory services to not-for-profit healthcare organizations, guiding strategic growth initiatives, mergers, market positioning, and capital financing strategies.  Her expertise spans hospitals, managed care organizations, physician groups, pharmacy benefit managers, and other non-acute businesses. Ms. Meyers has structured and syndicated numerous debt financings in both public and private capital markets, helping healthcare organizations access innovative funding solutions to achieve their long-term objectives.

Ms. Meyers earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with High Distinction from the University of Michigan. She is deeply passionate about advancing women’s and children’s health and brings that commitment to CMMB.

Ms. Meyers joined the CMMB Board of Directors in 2025 and on the Finance and Program Committees.
