March 8th is International Women’s Day and to celebrate we are highlighting a group of women who make a huge impact in the world. Catholic sisters! As an organization that focuses on women (and their children), we think it’s pretty important to shine a light on these amazing women who make such a huge impact on the communities they serve.
Did you know that there are over 700,000 sisters around the world, serving in some of the most remote and challenging contexts, bringing care to the sick, giving voice to the voiceless, promoting peace, and advocating for justice for the oppressed?
