I am Celebrating My Mother Because:

she is my inspiration to succeed in life.

How my mother has inspired me: 

As a single mother who doesn’t speak English, my mom had limited opportunities to get a job or rent a house. However, the moment she saw I needed something, she would figure out a way to make things work. Her “American Dream” of seeing me succeed has helped me push through hard times and make her dream possible. As I start my journey through college, I know that she will forever be in my mind helping me when times get tough.
