Carmen Korf
Carmen Korf is the Interim Chief Financial Officer, bringing over three decades of financial expertise, ensuring strong stewardship of donor funds, driving financial resilience, and supporting the organization’s long-term global impact. As CFO, Carmen serves as a strategic partner, leading the organization’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, risk management and insurance, IT, and real estate functions.
Carmen brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience within mission-driven organizations. Prior to joining CMMB three years ago, she served as Senior Director of FP&A at both the March of Dimes and the American Red Cross. In these roles, she led diverse, high-performing teams, strengthening forecasting, enhancing financial visibility, and enabling more effective decision-making across complex operations. Her experience spans enterprise planning, donor-funded program finance, and financial oversight in multi-country environments.
Carmen holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University. She resides in Boise, Idaho, where she and her family—along with their beloved Newfoundlands—enjoy all the region has to offer.
