During a recent cholera outbreak in Zambia, with the Zambian Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization pleading for more resources, CMMB, supported by Procter & Gamble:

  • Distributed 250,000 water purification sachets to 9,000 families.
  • Promoted the importance of safe drinking water and proper sanitation practices.
  • Trained community health volunteers on water, sanitation, and hygiene.
