Rahima Khatun is a Hunter College undergraduate student in New York, where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in Health Policy. She currently works as a program support specialist with the United States Department of Agriculture in New York, helping to research the economics of dietary choices, health outcomes, and nutrition assistance programs among minority populations. She previously worked as a policy intern for the New York City Council and a research intern at the United Nations.
