We are all blessed in the eyes of God. Our unique passions, skills, and gifts are woven into our daily actions, shaping a lifetime of experiences, accomplishments, and sometimes mistakes that we grow from. At CMMB, we honor these blessings by sharing them with our family, friends, and neighbors—especially those in need.

Consider today’s Gospel, when Jesus heals a group of strangers. He says, “Ten were cleansed, were they not? Where are the other nine? Has none but this foreigner returned to give thanks to God?” To the only stranger who returned to give thanks, Jesus says, “Stand up and go; your faith has saved you.”

Just as the healed stranger returned to thank Jesus, we are called to return and give thanks through our service to others.

In the Dominican Republic, children like young M.V. are receiving life-changing vitamins through CMMB’s partnership with Food for the Poor. This simple intervention—made possible out of the abundance of others—restores health and hope. It is a reminder that when we recognize our blessings and share them, they multiply in ways that transform lives.
