Overview

The Finance Department is responsible for the provision of cross-cutting, client-focused services in the areas of accounting, budget, treasury, information technology, administration, and grants. These strategic, operational, knowledge, and accountability-based services add significant value to the successful fulfillment of CMMB’s global strategy.

The Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis will provide essential analytical and operational support to the Senior Director, FP&A and global finance teams. This position assists with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, data management, and systems work to help ensure accurate and timely financial information across CMMB’s global operations.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone looking to grow in nonprofit financial planning and analysis, while contributing to a mission-driven, global organization.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Budgeting & Forecasting Support

  •  Assist in preparing annual operating budgets and periodic reforecasts
  • Support Country Office and US teams in completing budget templates and gathering required financial inputs
  • Help consolidate budget submissions and ensure consistency and accuracy across regions and departments
  • Assist in updating budget assumptions, schedules, and financial planning tools throughout the year

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist in preparing monthly variance reports comparing actual results to budget and forecast
  • Support updating recurring financial dashboards and reporting packages used by FP&A and senior leadership
  • Perform routine financial analyses to support decision-making, including data checks and reconciliations
  • Contribute to ad-hoc analyses as assigned by the Senior Director, FP&A

Data Management & Systems

  • Assist in extracting, cleaning, and organizing financial data from NetSuite and other systems
  • Maintain consistent account coding, categorization, and data accuracy across all financial inputs
  • Support system enhancements, user testing, and documentation related to budgeting and reporting tools

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Communicate with Country Office finance teams to gather missing information, resolve inconsistencies, and support budget preparation
  • Assist in coordinating workflows between FP&A and Accounting related to shared processes, timing, and reporting needs
  • Provide reliable and responsive support to internal stakeholders across global offices

Other Responsibilities

  • Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, or basic accounting tasks as needed
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve templates, and enhance reporting workflows
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the FP&A team and broader Finance operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, data management, or related roles
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems required
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a dynamic environment

Associate, Distribution Center

This team will develop new pathways and strategies with pharmaceutical companies to partner strategically with in-country partners to effectively disseminate medicines and supplies, especially those in CHAMPS zones and those that support other CMMB programming.

Job Summary

CMMB is recruiting for the position of Distribution Warehouse Associate for our newly launched Distribution Center in New Windsor, Maryland. The role is on-site and reports directly to the Floor Supervisor. This role plays a role in daily distribution and custodial tasks within the warehouse as assigned by the Floor Supervisor.

  • Retrieval of allocated products/quantities from assigned storage locations.
  • Movement of retrieved products via forklift or pallet jack to workstations.
  • Repacking and/or palletizing selected products
  • Return of unused products/quantities to assigned warehouse storage locations

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Ensure products, quantities, lot numbers and associated expiration dates for all pack orders match products in designated warehouse storage locations.
  • Inspect retrieved products for signs of visible damage and immediately report damage to supervisor.
  • Return excess products/quantities to storage locations as per put away lists and verify inventory balances.
  • Pack, weigh and label cartons/pallets.
  • Operate pallet jack, forklift and stretch-wrap machine in compliance with physical safety, fire and security regulations.
  • Periodically conduct physical inventory counts as directed by Floor Supervisor.
  • Maintain general warehouse floor and workspace cleanliness. Complete daily sweeping and removal of waste from common internal areas (offices, packing stations, kitchen & bathrooms) and external street and parking areas.
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Must have 6+ months experience in collaborative team-based role (warehouse experience preferred). Able to adhere to a daily work schedule that includes physical lifting, operating machinery, and utilizing computer/warehouse equipment.
  • Must be capable of standing or walking for extended periods of time and lifting boxes weighing up to 75lbs.
  • Must have necessary interpersonal skills for contributing to team effort with other staff members, including good decision-making, problem solving and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to details and be able to handle high volume workload.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and collaboration. Must have strong communication skills both written and orally.
  • Must have or be able to acquire forklift certification within 30 days of hire.

Manager, Business Systems

Overview

The Business Systems Manager will ensure CMMB’s business systems — especially our ERP — function optimally, support global users, and enable operational and strategic goals. The role blends hands-on system administration with the ability to see the big picture, proactively resolve issues, and escalate appropriately.

The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver who combines strong technical aptitude with a strategic, big‑picture mindset, ensuring systems run smoothly while anticipating needs and elevating issues appropriately.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

ERP & Business Systems Administration

  • Day-to-day administrator for ERP and connected business systems
  • Manage user setup, role-based access controls, security permissions, and audit compliance
  • Perform maintenance, configuration, monitoring, and data updates
  • Support system upgrades, regression testing, and release cycle activities
  • Monitor system performance, usage patterns, and data integrity
  • Conduct detailed troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; escalate when needed

Job Summary

CMMB is recruiting for the position of Inventory & Shipping Coordinator for our newly launched Distribution Center in New Windsor, Maryland. The role is on-site and reports directly to the Floor Supervisor. This role plays a critical role in receiving and allocation of product donation and in ensuring a timely and efficient monthly donation process from inventory management and data management to shipment logistics and tracking.

  • Retrieval of allocated products/quantities from assigned storage locations.
  • Movement of retrieved products via forklift or pallet jack to workstations.
  • Repacking and/or palletizing selected products
  • Return of unused products/quantities to assigned warehouse storage locations

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Receive, inspect, sort, count and check all incoming/outgoing products and supplies against packing lists or purchase orders and notify supervisor as to any discrepancies/damages.
  • Generate receiving documentation in compliance with departmental and/or donor policies.
  • Ensure restricted products and purchased items are flagged within the WMS, properly stored, and allocated for distribution to proper parties.
  • Palletize incoming products and move to warehouse storage locations using a pallet jack or forklift. Update system as to assigned storage location.
  • Maintain Shelf, Carton, & Pre-ship storage including daily cycle counts as assigned by Floor Supervisor. Report any discrepancies to Team Leaders/DC Manager.
  • Operate pallet jack, forklift and stretch-wrap machine in performance of assigned responsibilities.
  • Generate inventory report for MDP offers to CMMB consignees. Generate monthly financial reports. Generate bi-weekly aging and expiry inventory reports.
  • Create allotments of inventory to eligible CMMB consignees. Ensure donations are allocated based on partner requests, recipient country requirements, program priorities, and product availability. Revise allotments as needed in accordance with consignee and/or Team Leader request.
  • Ensure accurate and complete shipment documentation is issued to consignees. Maintain program shipment records and proper retention of documentation.
  • Ensure timely shipment of donations for consignee receipt within their specified timeframe.
  • Drive continuous improvement on all shipping, receiving and safety/security processes and systems.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent. Must have 1-2 years’ experience in administrative support roles, experience in inventory management roles will be prioritized. Experience in non-profit organizations or pharmaceutical industry are a plus.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and collaboration. Must have strong communication skills both written and orally.
  • Must have demonstrated attention to detail and be able to manage inventory integrity and compliance standards. Must be able to manage prioritized tasks and timelines in fast-paced environments
  • Strong competency utilizing and learning WMS software, previous experience using HighJump and Redbook will be prioritized.
  • Must have or be able to acquire forklift certification within 30 days of hire.

Program Director – Global Noncommunicable Disease Impact Initiative

Overview

Through its Access to Medicines Program, CMMB partners with pharmaceutical companies, medical supply manufacturers, NGOs, and health facilities to deliver high-quality medicines and medical supplies to underserved health facilities across more than 40 countries. These health commodities, both donated product (i.e.. Gift-in-Kind products provided by manufacturers) and purchased product, address critical medicine shortages and improve access to safe, effective treatment for populations in low-resource settings.

The Program Director for the Global NCD Impact Initiative (NCDI) provides strategic and operational oversight for CMMB’s expanding rollout with partners across Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. The role leads the onboarding, implementation, monitoring, and scale-up of the global program which focuses on improving access to essential medicines and strengthening health systems for care and management of chronic conditions (e.g. hypertension, diabetes, respiratory illness, sickle cell, etc.).

Working closely with implementing partners, local stakeholders (including Ministries of Health, health associations and organizations), donors, researchers and internal teams, the Program Manager provides support and translates learnings to ensure program quality, compliance and impact across countries. The role combines technical leadership, partnership management, program oversight, and cross-country coordination to bring the program to scale globally.

 

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Program Management & Implementation

  • Provide overall leadership and coordination of NCDI partners, ensuring high-quality, timely program implementation at the country level.
  • Drive NCDI partner onboarding and training, project management, stakeholder management, and follow-up on action items for local program implementation and research projects. Facilitate cross-country coherence in strategy, technical standards, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure lessons learned from pilot partners and stakeholders, project-level data, etc., are well integrated and incorporated for continuous improvement of global program implementation and results.
  • Support program expansion strategy aligned with national health priorities and NCD strategies.
  • Coordinate and support product sourcing & procurement, supply chain management, and reporting for donated and procured medical commodities.
  • Consult, provide thought partnership, and support to NCDI partners with consideration given to regional and country contexts.
  • Ensure effective use of digital reporting tools and data systems to track product flows and facility-level utilization.

Stakeholder Engagement & Representation

  • Represent CMMB in national, regional, and international forums with donors, government agencies, and technical partners.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical industry actors, supply-chain experts, and NCD service providers.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning

  • Oversee partner compliance with NCDI monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure program performance, outcomes, and impact.
  • Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual technical and narrative reports.
  • Use program data, research, and learning to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Support and supervise consultants and researchers conducting landscape analyses, assessments, and evaluations.

Research & Knowledge Management

  • Guide qualitative and quantitative research to assess access to NCD diagnostics, medicines, and services.
  • Document program models, implementation approaches, and best practices to support replication and scale.
  • Research and support development of stakeholder-facing materials, including drafting and editing written materials, such as formal papers, memos, PowerPoints, etc.
  • Produce reports and learning products outlining end-to-end program models, budgets, and impact metrics.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Oversee program budgets, financial tracking, analysis, and reporting across multiple countries.
  • Ensure cost-effective resource utilization and compliance with donor and organizational requirements.

Team Leadership & Capacity Building

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical staff, consultants, volunteers, and remote teams.
  • Identify training and technical assistance needs and support capacity-building for partners and facilities.
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and performance oversight to ensure collective impact and alignment.

Resource Mobilization & Communications

  • Support marketing, communications, and fundraising efforts related to NCD and access-to-medicines initiatives.
  • Contribute technical inputs for proposals, donor reports, and advocacy materials.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Public Health, International Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in program design, planning, and implementation for international health or development programs.
  • Strong experience in partnership and stakeholder management, including engagement with Ministries of Health.
  • Experience with health systems strengthening, pharmaceutical coordination, or medical supply-chain management.
  • Proven capacity in monitoring and evaluation, data use, and learning for program improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget oversight and financial management.
  • Experience recruiting, managing, and supervising consultants and technical teams.
  • Comfort working with remote, cross-cultural, and multi-country teams.
  • Willingness to travel across Africa and in Latin America as required.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working on noncommunicable diseases and/or access to essential medicines in LMICs.
  • Familiarity with digital health tools and low-bandwidth reporting systems.
  • Experience scaling pilot programs into national or regional initiatives.
  • Languages: Spanish and/or French would be valuable.
