Our 2025 Annual Report

In a year filled with challenges, your support made it possible for us to stay true to CMMB’s faith-driven mission: to build locally sustainable, quality health solutions. Our teams in Haiti, Kenya, Peru, South Sudan, and Zambia delivered compassionate care to communities facing extraordinary hardship. Our Access to Medicines Program extended our reach around the world.

Because of your generous spirit, we remain resilient. Guided by the universal principles of Catholic Social Teaching, we continue to bring healthcare and life-sustaining solutions to the most vulnerable.

Global Impact

In FY 2025, CMMB reached 1.5 million people with access to health and other life-changing services. We also distributed $243 million worth of medicines and medical supplies to 28 countries.

Access to Medicines

CMMB’s Access to Medicines Program began a new chapter, with a focus on making treatment for noncommunicable diseases reliably available and affordable.

Local Care for Chronic Conditions

In Kenya, we launched the new Noncommunicable Disease Impact (NCDI) initiative to expand access to treatment for chronic illnesses like diabetes and hypertension.

Faith in the Power of Partnerships

Strong partnerships expand our reach. CMMB worked with Cross Catholic Outreach (CCO), a ministry that serves the global poor, to deliver $72 million worth of medicines and medical supplies in Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador, bringing essential treatment to people like Luis, a father of two who is battling prostate cancer.

Stories That Stay with Us

As we look back on a year of impact, our Annual Report shares stories of lives touched and progress made.

Investing in Mental Health

CMMB’s care focuses on the whole person. Our mental health support strengthens families in Zambia and reassures pregnant women and new mothers struggling with anxiety and depression in Peru.

Advancing Care for Cancer

We are expanding access to preventative cancer care, screening, and treatment. Today, more breast, cervical, and lung cancer patients in Kenya and Zambia have hope for survival—and know they are not alone in their cancer journey.

Serving Mothers and Children in a New Setting

Our Children and Mothers Partnerships (CHAMPS) program brings quality healthcare to underserved communities. With your support, we launched our first urban CHAMPS initiative, serving the densely populated community of Kanyama in Lusaka, Zambia.

Bringing Care Close to Home

Our faith tells us that every human life is precious. In FY 2025, every woman cared for at a CMMB-supported health facility in South Sudan survived her pregnancy. And in Haiti, we fully immunized 95% of children under 12 months in the places we serve by making it easier for families to access preventative care.

HIV Progress in the Toughest Environments

We are working toward a future without HIV. Despite challenges, CMMB made exceptional progress toward our HIV prevention, testing, and treatment goals, giving more families hope for their future.

You made a difference in 2025. Thank you for helping us bring meaningful change to families and communities all around the world.
