Happy Mother’s Day: Our Advocates

In today’s Gospel, Jesus promises his disciples an advocate—one who will remain with them, guide them, and stand beside them. On this Mother’s Day, that promise may feel familiar.

So often, mothers and mother figures are our first advocates. They are the ones who guide us with care and who stand with us through life’s lessons. A mother’s presence brings comfort, strength, and a reminder that we are not alone.
