I am Celebrating My Mother Because:

she is always so full of care and love that is ‘second-to-none.’ She taught me to always be the best that I can be, always have faith, and live life with integrity.

How my mother has inspired me: 

My mum was one of 10 siblings, and she was always the responsible one. She looked after her younger brothers and sisters, and even cared and provided support to others whom she hardly knew! My mum and dad migrated to Australia almost half a century ago for a better quality of life and to provide my brother and I the best that life could offer. My mum was a hard worker, and she encouraged me to do the same and always reach for my goals.

She inspires me every single day. If I am lucky enough to be a mother someday, I hope to be at least half as good a mum as she has been to me, then I will know that I have succeeded.

She is my world!
