Aileen Meehan practiced corporate law in New York City for more than 40 years before retiring in 2022. Her legal practice focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets transactions in the healthcare, insurance, retail and energy sectors.

Aileen currently serves as a member of Pax Christi International’s non-governmental organization (NGO) delegation to the United Nations. Pax Christi International advocates for nuclear disarmament, active peace building, respect for human rights, and climate justice throughout the world.

Aileen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and a Juris Doctor degree from the New York University School of Law. In May 2024, she graduated with a Master of Arts in Religion from Union Theological Seminary.

Ms. Meehan joined the CMMB Board of Directors in 2024.
