Bia Monteiro is a Global Brand and Marketing Executive with extensive experience in strategic business planning, integrated marketing, consumer and corporate brand strategy, brand identity, environmental, digital and sensorial brand assets, consumer and corporate branding, talent development, customer experience, corporate communications, social responsibility, change management, merges and acquisition, alliances, fundraising, events and sponsorships. In September 2021 Bia joined the Entrepreneur’s Organization as Global Brand and Growth Senior Vice President.

Bia held global and regional marketing, strategic branding, corporate affairs and sponsorship positions for fourteen years at Citigroup and earlier in her career she worked for the British Council and Consulate General, DuPont, Young & Rubicam, Landor Associates, and IXL/Razorfish.

As a branding and marketing expert, she has contributed to building brands and exploring opportunities to engage audiences and promote partnerships that amplify enterprise contributions to a more inclusive and sustainable society for local and global corporations, nonprofit organizations and startups, such as Bradesco, Bradesco Foundation, Lloyds Bank, Itau/Unibanco, Microsoft, GE, Coca-Cola, Embraer, Hyatt, Intel, Xerox, Nestle, AT&T, and P&G. Having lived and worked in South America, USA and Europe, Bia has a strong international professional experience.

Bia holds a Bachelor of Humanities degree in Marketing and Advertising from ESPM University, Brazil and, a Proficiency in English Diploma from Cambridge University. Ms. Monteiro currently serves as a member of Citigroup Alumni.

Bia joined the CMMB Board of Directors in 2020 and also serves on the Governance Committee and is the Advancement Committee Chair.
