As Vice President, Human Resources, Meseret Ansebo provides overall leadership and direction in our people strategies.  She plays key role in strengthening CMMB’s organizational culture, focused around our Catholic identity and our core values—collaboration, love, excellence, and respect. Meseret also leads CMMB’s global team of human resources professionals to design initiatives and programs that will attract, retain, and develop talent.

She comes to CMMB with extensive experience and deep knowledge of human resources in international and U.S. contexts.  Before joining CMMB, Meseret worked at the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI) as global HR director and at Save the Children Federation in different human resources leadership positions at global, regional, and country office levels. Meseret holds a bachelor of science degree from American Century University.
