Rachael is a board-certified OB-GYN with training in robotic surgery. She teaches at Harvard and has served as a medical volunteer on every continent except Antarctica. In Ezo, South Sudan, she was instrumental in running the Safe Motherhood Program, working to reduce the world’s highest rates of maternity-related mortality.

About her volunteer experience, Rachael says, “I feel a calling to volunteer. I feel a responsibility to my fellow human beings around the world. It’s an honor to help these heroic women.”
