• He attended both Democratic and Republican Presidential Conventions representing the American Dental Association in 2000,2004
• One of the authors of the “Patient’s Bill of Rights” that was passed by the US House of Representatives and US. Senate
• Author of adopted ADA policy on model national US Dental Legislation
• National Chair of All Government Affairs for ADA
• Testified for US Congressional Indian Affairs Committee and chaired the site visit on the status of dental clinics on Indian Reservations in Arizona for US Health Service
