Carol Borg

Home: Carol is a farm girl at heart. She was born, raised and educated in South Dakota. Carol & her husband now live and work in Alaska and call it their home.  

Education: Carol received her MSN in 1996 and has been working as a Family Nurse Practitioner in rural and remote areas since that time. She will be completing her MPH with Benedictine University in Spring 2018.

CMMB Intern Role: Programs Team

Interesting Fact: Carol has also volunteered in a variety of global health positions, most recently completing a two-year stint with Peace Corps Response/SEED Global Health partnership in Malawi, Africa as a nurse educator.
