About:

Hoda Nasresfahani spent two years studying dental medicine at Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary. However, a decision to change her career direction brought her to New York City to pursue a Master of Public Health Degree in Nutrition from the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy which she completed in January 2021. She also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Science from the Islamic Azad University in Tehran, Iran. She completed health and nutrition internships at Shariati Hospital in Tehran. In addition, she completed an internship with the Academy of Medical & Public Health Services in New York City, conducting deep desk research on the impact of COVID-19 on food desert areas in Brooklyn.
