A Brief Overview of CMMB’s response to COVID-19:
For over 100 years, our mission has been to deliver locally sustainable, quality health solutions to impoverished women, children, and their communities.
We are mounting an urgent $1.9 million response to protect vulnerable populations from COVID-19.
The remote areas where we work in Haiti, Kenya, Peru, South Sudan, and Zambia are desperately poor. Every day is a struggle to find food, access clean water, and take care of basic health.
We are working to minimize the impact of COVID-19 on those already deeply affected by poverty and health problems like malnutrition, malaria, HIV, and other communicable diseases. These supplies will equip frontline health workers and health facilities to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic
