Goats and a garden help this mother feed her family of seven.
Despite daily struggle, Rosanie is a very happy person, with a big smile. With encouragement, education and support from CMMB community health workers and the Mothers' Club, Rosanie has taken on ownership of goats and started a small garden.
Goats are like money in the bank in this remote community in Haiti. They are the first thing of value that Rosanie has ever owned. Together with her garden, they are having a positive impact on Rosanie and her children.
