2012 – 2013
At the request of Haiti’s national ministry of health, the Ministère de la Santé Publique et de la Population (MSPP), CMMB assessed 12 medical warehouses, known as Centres Départemental d’Approvisionnement en Intrants (CDAIs), in all 10 départements. The goal was to identify operational and structural deficiencies in these institutions and in the medical supply chain system as a whole, with the intention of eventually rehabilitating individual warehouses and strengthening the system as a whole. We also upgraded one CDAI, and this subsequently became a model for all others that were renovated within the system.
