Institutional Partnerships
For over a century, CMMB has worked to strengthen and support communities through healthcare programs and initiatives, the distribution of medicines and medical supplies, and the placement of volunteers.
CMMB partners with health care systems and universities to deploy volunteers to the field and to strengthen health systems. By working together, we have the opportunity to deliver the best possible health solutions to women and children in need with dignity, respect, and love.

Success Story: Mercy Health Stengthening Health Systems in Haiti
With a shared mission of serving the poor and under-served, Mercy Health and CMMB work together to strengthen the local health system in Côtes-de-Fer, Haiti. The first priority of the partnership was the construction of Côtes-de-Fer’s first hospital, which broke ground in 2014.
Mercy Health provided lead funding to complete Phase I of the hospital and has been instrumental in equipping the facility and providing expert guidance along the way. In March 2017, the Bishop Joseph M. Sullivan Center for Health was opened to the community providing critical clinical services, and serving as a hub for improving community health.

CHAMPS
We call our model CHAMPS (Children and Mothers Partnerships) because we believe in the transformative power of women in their communities and the potential for children to shape their own futures.
Medical Donations
A third of the global population lacks access to medicines. Our program provides free medicine in the poorest parts of the world. We believe access to medicine is a right, not a luxury.
